Friendly & Knowledgeable
As odd as it sounds, I always love going to Dr. Tsai’s office. She and the staff are friendly, personable and professional. She makes a dreaded visit less dreadful and makes it a point to talk you through every thing she’s doing which also helps ease the weirdness. She is patient, answers questions as thoroughly as possible and gives great advice/suggestions without being pushy.

She took care of me during my second pregnancy. She was highly knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr Tsai if you are looking for an OB/GYN.
