Terrible experience. Went for a new patient visit and to schedule an IUD replacement it has now been 3 months and although I have called multiple times and they’ve promised multiple times to follow up and make the appointment it still hasn’t happened. I’m not sure the medical urgency of removing an expired IUD but I find it ridiculous I have to live life with an expired IUD in me even thought they claim to have had my replacement delivered and ready for months
