Dr. Richard Strain, MD

I accompanied my mother to an appointment this morning and I must say that I was appalled at the treatment she received. It is evident that the doctor is a rcist individual who has no desire to truly help patients and only to collect money from workers comp. It is unfortunate that individuals like him make an oath to help those in need only to see people as numbers and not individuals truly in need of medical assistance. I encourage anyone reading this to do your research and receive treatment from a doctor who is truly invested in your health.

Horrible experience as a new patient. Staff was friendly, Dr was rude and arrogant. Told me that I had a muscle.sprain and gave me prescription for a sleeping pill and a sheet of exercises to do. I explained it was in a lot of pain, after moving and he said, I know I had back pain also. I left in the same pain and felt not heard. 3 days later, I go to another Dr and he does xrays and gives me a prescription for anti inflammatory pills, a muscle relaxer and a referral for PT. 3 days later!!!

From start to finish my experience with this office was amazing. Thank you all. Meeting Dr. Strain was a pleasure and his care for my dad was much appreciated. Highly recommend Dr. Strain and this office.

Told me that I was fat and that was the reason that I had bad knees. He said this in front of the attendant in the room. He told me to “put down that fork and push yourself away from the table.” I don’t think he would’ve spoken to me like that if I were a man. So I went to somebody else. The new doctor did not speak to me like that.

He was patronizing and rude. Raised his voice to me. Won’t be back.

Dr. Strain is the best, I have a cervical spine issue that needed surgery, he went out of his way and found me the best neurosurgeon . It relieved so much of my stress. He also did my husbands total knee replacement which he is very happy with....Thank you so much.....I trust him, honest and brilliant.

Dr. Strain was a breath of fresh air during these unsettling times. He answered all my questions and presented all the options available to me.

I fell and broke my knee and was needing help. I went to Dr. Strain office and he asked me that surgery was needed to cure it. The surgery went great squeezing me into the schedule. I had my first follow up !!

They are truly the best, Dr Strain is a top class surgeon. Staff is also amazing, helping details and scheduling. Dr Strain was great and attentive. Unfortunately, I've had prior surgeries. None were as flawless as this one.

Dr. Strain and his staff provided me with much-needed information for my aching pains around my ankle region. After a few sessions, the proper procedure was picked and I am no longer suffering from any pain. 10 out of 10, would recommend to family and friends to Dr. Strain.
