Dr. Lau is always very attentive and is ready to give me care and recommendations because my condition with my concerns change with each visit. He is very thoughtful with asking me questions, making sure it is easier to remind me of my concerns for each visit.

Dr. Lau essentially saved my life. I was beginning to think I wasn't going to ever be ok. His knowledge and caring came at exactly the right time. He is THE BEST. I am grateful and probably his biggest fan. His quality of care is top notch! I know I am in good hands. He is 100% there in the room with me; when that door closes it's my time. I trust him and am confident that he gets what I'm saying. I have improved. I will continue to do so.

Dr. Lau took the time to sit down with me and ask about my medical history and symptoms in depth and also asked about how my treatment has been going and what my future plans are, so we could figure out the best treatment plan going forward. I really appreciated the time and attention he gave to understanding my condition and helping me get the treatment I need.

Completely impressed with Dr. Lau!! He explained everything in terms I understood, he re-capped at the end of the appointment as well. My husband had questions, and Dr. Lau answered everything in detail. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, knowledge, explanations and general caring attitude - great doctor, one that I would recommend!
