I might have died...
...if I hadn't sought out a second opinion from a naturopathic doctor. She was able to diagnose my condition over a Zoom call, whereas this doctor -- an ENT who saw me twice in his office -- failed to do so. He put me through two rounds of heavy antibiotics that did not address the issue and probably just made me sicker. I seriously might have died had I remained under his supervision (I was about to say 'care,' but that would not be the right word).

Uncomfortable
Maybe I caught Dr. Jones on an off day, but I had a less than pleasant experience. He had an odd demeanor. Like, when he opened the door he said nothing, so I said hello, then he stared at my paper for a long time, I’m assuming to find my name? Then he started examining me suddenly. That may sound odd, but he stuck a speculum type device into my nose with no warning and the same with the tongue depressor. It was jarring. Usually a doctor says something like “please open your mouth” or any kind of heads up. I could tell how abnormal it felt while it was happening that I was having a hard time answering questions. Lastly, I’m not making an accusations, but I can’t deny how uncomfortable this made me feel. While examining me he sat close enough to me that his phallus was pressed against my knee for several moments. Could this have been as accident? Sure. But he’s a doctor in his 60s, I would think he knows by now how to avoid that happening while examining a patient.

Excellent attention, I never waited more than 10"
I went to the office of Dr. Richard M. Jones, MD; Due to an apparent hearing loss, I met a serious, kind and caring professional who listened to my concerns. I discovered that the problem was rooted in a chronic sinus infection affecting and invading my sinuses on the right side, affecting organs of my vision system, facial paralysis, etc. None of the doctors I consulted in different specialties during the last 10 years paid attention to this infection; with tests, such as: allergy skin tests, CT scans and MRIs that did show chronic sinus infection. I started a treatment that, of course, due to my age (82 years) and the progression of the infection for so many years (possibly more than 20 years) did not offer a definitive cure, and a surgery that could help, was not recommended due to my advanced age since the risks at this point outweigh the possible benefits. Thank God for taking me to see Dr. Jones, a wonderful professional who surrounded my life with peace, hope and acceptance of m

Dr. Jones has done two ear tube surgeries and an adenoid removal with my 6 1/2-year-old son over the years. I thought my son was recently sick after his 2nd surgery and Dr. Jones was quick with a relief plan for my son. It was allergies. Treatment worked right away for my kid and he was suffering. I am confident in his care, recommendations and as long as Dr. Jones is in practice, he will be my son's specialty doctor.

Just had our three year old granddaughter who was visiting from Chicago in to see Dr. Richard Jones for the second time. The first visit was 18 months ago and he very deftly removed an extremely large hardened piece of ear wax. She was not very cooperative and he was so calm and swift that he was done before she knew he did it. Her speech was greatly improved once that was out and she could hear!
