Dr. Kraus is able to work on my ears without hurting me. He has tried as many things possible to save what little hearing I have. He and his nurse are exceptional at every visit. If I had gone to him first I would not have a lot of the problems I have.

Excellent staff and service! Dr. Kraus and his team were prompt and professional. Most importantly, Dr. Kraus diagnosed the problem within both my ears very quickly and did a great job of explaining what was happening. He actually patched my ear drum on my first visit, and my hearing was immediately improved. Many thanks!

From the gatekeeper to Dr. Kraus you're going to get above and beyond great service. I'm always nervous when it comes to my ears but Dr.Kraus was gentle and listened to what I had to say.I highly recommend.

I was a half hour late for my appointment. The staff and Dr. Kraus worked me in and did all the tests and exams I needed. I have been seeing Dr. Kraus for years and would recommend him and his practice to anyone. I very appreciative of how they have managed my hearing loss.
