Whenever I have called the office I felt that the staff were extremely patient with me while explaining my health concerns. Dr Dycus went above and beyond to help me understand my issues. He is one of the most empathetic doctors I have ever been too!

Dr. Dycus is amazing. We wouldn’t go to any other doctor. He is attentive, caring and goes the extra mile. His office staff is always friendly and helpful.

We are fortunate to be Dr. Dycus' patients. He takes care of our entire family and has for since he graduated from residency training. His attention to detail, follow-up and diagnostic skills are first rate. He also has great bedside manner. His office staff is as impeccable as Dr. Dycus. His office is well maintained, clean, well-located in a safe area with plenty of parking. Dr. Dycus' practice has been full for many years.

Dr. Dycus gets to know his patients and takes his time with each individual to understand their health concerns, challenges, and needs. He is one of the few remaining doctors who still see their patients rather than using a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

I recommend Dr. Richard Dycus as the best Doctor in Florida I have been his patient for 15 years plus...His staff is very friendly..I never wait more than 5 minutes when I arrived to his office. If anybody ever says anything bad about this doctor don't believe them. He is a truly professional human being and he cares about his patience. Thank You!

Dr Dycus is my doctor until the day I died! what a Doctor ! he is professional , he cares about the sick ones by been just another human person trying to help, he has the talent of listening to the patient, he shows compassion and he knows about the proper med that fits for you . I have been seeing him for about 15 years plus ( before he opened his private practice) I drive 100 miles apex just to hear his voice telling me you ll feel better soon. lol as soons I walk out from the building I am Already Feeling good. the best part of him is that he goes the extra mile for his patients. I thanks him for taking care of my entire family. we are all happy and thankful for his care.

We love Dr. Dycus. He is personable, professional, caring and excellent doctor but his practice is full. We had him for many years and once he moved having a large family and working full time we couldn’t go see him. We are Hoping to be able to get in back someday soon. Always takes the time to listen & explain. If you have a serious concern he won't stop until he finds the cause. Funny at times but definitely serious about your health. He treats our whole family and I grateful. I have never had a long wait unless they were "working" me in. Even then it was not more than a half hour. Great doctor and staff. Highly recommend. Down, side as of this writing he is not seeing new patients. Lucky we got to him when we did. Proves more are needed like him!

Have been seeing Dr Dycus for about 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. He is very competent, knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. I trust him with all my health issues.

I began seeing Dr. Dycus for minor issues when he was still in the clinic on Red Bug Lake. I had a physician near my workplace in the Dr. Phillips area, but it was very inconvenient when a healthcare issue arose at home in Winter Springs. My husband and I have both seen him for at least the past 10 years. I credit him for saving my life in 2017 when my husband brought me to the office and Dr. Dycus immediately had me taken via ambulance to Oviedo Medical Center.....septic shock; 10 days in ICU.

We are treated more like family than patients with Dr. Dycus. There should be a 6th star to leave a review for this fine man. Blessed to have found him 13 years ago. I am humbled by his kindness and dedication to his practice.

The best doctor I ever had with one of the best staff around. Dr. Dycus has saved my life on numerous occasions. He is the measure of what it means to give good patient care. He listens & he cares. Dr. Dycus also has a wealth of knowledge. I feel blessed to be his patient! Superb!

Dr. Dycus is truly excellent. His wait time is non-existent.. He is great about listening to you and then explaining what is wrong and providing you with options. He also has the best staff office staff I have ever encountered. They are always friendly, helpful, and attentive. They answer the phones, call back promptly, and follow up. Not uncommon to get a call from Dr. Dycus himself.. Don't know how it does it, but I love this office.

Just can’t say enough good about Dr. Dycus. He has been more like a friend to us because I feel that he just really cares. When we were having a hard time at one point he was able to help with samples of a medication we could not otherwise afford. He has won our loyalty and I tell everyone about him. Even though he is a very well-liked physician with many patients, we are still able to get in when we need to, and have never had any long wait times.

After a last minute appointment I was able to get in and was only there about 40 to 45 minutes. His nurses receptionist and his students are all very very nice. When the doctor comes in he listens to your symptoms discuss is your diagnosis and gives you an idea of what to expect, he also explains why he's giving you medication if he does. I wouldn't go to see anybody else .

His office staff is wonderful and he takes the time and listens. REALLY happy to have found this Doctor.

Dr. Dycus is the finest doctor I've had in my 52 years, and staff is incredible as well. Only Dr. I know who personally calls you with imaging/blood work results so questions/concerns can be asked right then. Never a wait and can and will always work you in same day for sick appointments. Highly recommend!!! I moved and takes me 45 min, I'd go if it took 2 hours. Refills done in usually 30 min-1 hour. Never in a rush and spends as much time as needed, extremely smart as well.
