Worst physician I have ever seen. Has as much personality as a wet mop in a broom closet. His resident assistant knew more then he did. Should have retired ten years ago.

Dr. Bass was horrible. 1. He had another patient’s chart at the beginning of my visit and insisted that was incorrect about my own medical history. 2. I’ve had horrible sinus pressure for 1-2 years, which I explained. He took a quick look in my nose with no tools and simply stated that “ I was not his problem” because he thought I “almost have enough symptoms to have migraines”. No follow up referral. 3. I’ve called his office twice to ask for a survey to document my experience. It never came.

Dr Bass is a caring, knowledgeable physician. However, it is very frustrating to wait more than an hour past your appointment time for him to see you.

I said the topical anesthesia didn't even numb my sinus to begin with, but he stil shoved a dry probe down my sinus 35 minutes later, after having 3 teen girls trying to fix the scoping machine without him. I screamed in pain for 10 minutes, begging for more numbing. He told me to quiet down. No extra numbing which was just cheap nasal squirts I guess he'd rather not take the time to re-admiinister. It was like punishment for complaining that I wasn't still numb after machine didn't work
