Dr. Rob O'Bert, MD

Wasn’t available during our appointment. Rushed a 5 year old to his office in 13 degree weather for him to not be there.

On the day of my surgery, they treated me so well, the nurse was kind and upbeat and very reassuring. Doctor O'Bert accompanied me from the prep room to the operating room. From start to finish it was a good experience apart from having to have nose surgery. I think he and his team are amazing and I am doing well because of them!

Very professional. He took plenty of time to answer all the questions and go over all of my test results with me. One suggesting surgery, which another doctor had already told me I needed, he answered every question I had regarding the surgery. I left his office feeling very confident that when the surgery day came, I would be in great hands.

DR O BERT PREFORMED AND REMOVED A TUMOR ON MY PAROTID GLAND. THIS WAS A VERY DIFFICULT SURGERY. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR THIS TYPE OF SURGERY OR ANY ENT NEEDS. HIS STAFF WERE WONDERFUL AND CARING AND HE WAS A GREAT DOCTOR!!

Office waiting area was clean. Staff was kind and most importantly, Dr. O'Bert gave me the appropriate time and care. I have recommended him to my family and friends who are also satisfied. I am very blessed to have found a caring doctor.

He was so nice and thorough. He also did my son's surgery and was super sweet and took great care of him. He is a GREAT doctor!!

Dr. O’Bert is not a good doctor. I suffered severe sudden hearing loss in my left ear several days ago. I saw my internist the next day who did some tests on me and discovered that yes, my left ear was filled with blood, and was very inflamed. He performed a test that showed I had hearing loss. He told me I need to see an ENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so I called Dr. O’Berts office, and the receptionist said that Dr. O’Bert would not see me until I had a hearing test done. OK. They scheduled my hearing test for a couple of days later. When I took it, the audiologist said that my left ear was below normal in hearing at all decibels tested, which was totally obvious from the test results that she showed me. She immediately sent the results to Dr. O’Berts office, and then I called his office to find out when I could see him. The receptionist told me over the phone that Dr. O’Bert said I do NOT have any hearing loss and can’t see me for another few weeks. What a negligent, incompetent man.

Dr. O'Bert did my son's ear tubes and tonsil removal in 2016 and my sinus and septoplasty surgery in 2020. He is very thorough and knows what he is doing!!! Amazing doctor and staff!!!

Pleasant, on time, thorough, explained my condition. I have 100% confidence in him and recommend him without reservation.

Friendly, knowledgeable. Really appreciated that he gave me his expert opinion but let me lead the decisions to do what I believed what was best for me. Performed surgery - no complications and recovery process was easy.

Very good, excellent doctor

I was able to get an appointment and see Dr. O'Bert right away after realizing I had a sinus issue. Appointment went well and my surgery was scheduled immediately. The day of surgery, Dr. O'Bert walked with the team as they rolled me to the OR and then again back to my recovery room easing my anxiety - it meant a lot that he took the extra time to make sure I was okay. At my follow-up appointments Dr. O'Bert answered all my questions and concerns. He is a patient focused physician! Highly Recommend!

He explained the procedure well and I was very pleased with the results. I have been dealing with sinus infections for over 50 years. I can now eat a meal without blowing my nose. My use of tissues has decreased by 90%.

Dr O'Bert is very professional and spends the time with you to help you understand what is going on. He is a very clear communicator. He performed surgery on my nose to fix it (it had been broken for 12 years and healed broken) and did a good job of clearing things up so I can breathe again.

I would highly recommend Dr. Obert.

Wonderful doctor!!

Dr. O'Bert performed surgery on a deviated septum, ears, and sinuses. The whole experience was smooth and I was told what to expect. Recovery was just as I was told and I did not have any issues. Dr. O'Bert was communicative and nice and his nurse Rhonda was also very knowledgeable and kind. The office staff was also nice, which counts for a lot in my book. I also did not have to wait past my appointment time, which I very much appreciate. I would not hesitate to reach out to his office again. It's hard to find any doctor in which a surgery runs this smooth.

Dr. O'Bert and his entire staff did an excellent job from my first visit, through surgery and follow up.

Dr. O'Bert listened carefully to what my current and past issues were. He was gentle with his examination and discussed what he found. He laid out options and discussed the pros and cons of each. He was warm and informative.

I ended up getting septoplasty. Dr.Obert and his team did a damn good job with my procedure. Wait times were very good, I got in as a new patient very quick. Surgery was well scheduled and was able to give my work a big heads up before the surgery. The staff is great all the nurses do their job great. Clean office wasn't dirty. Dr. Obert is very informative. Easy to talk to. And a very cool doctor.
