Horrible!!!
I went to her for the first tiime in April 2023. She suggested a bone density test yet failed to prescribe it for me. I asked through the portal 2x and no response. In addition she prescribe a weigh loss drug which prescribed incorrectly and I had to call her and tell her what to do. I have never spoken to her since I saw her at the office. This is not what I expect from a physician. DO NOT USE HER

Had nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Rubin until she missed failed to discuss signs of pre-diabetes w/me and then didn't contact me when my blood work from my annual physical the following year showed my blood sugar to be 398. I had to call the office numerous times to inquire about my test results since I hadn't heard back from her and was told "there was a note in the patient portal" saying I needed to start on medication right away and to let her know I had seen her note. Got new PCP.

Listens carefully and thoughtfully. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent diagnostician. Willing to take extra time to push through red tape to get to the source of her concerns. Follows up on details and treatment to ensure patient is receiving the best treatment possible. Very glad she's my doctor. (I've had other physicians who were not so conscientious and I suffered the results).
