Thorough. Methodical. Attentive.
Dr. Lowe has the ideal temperment to be a primary care M.D. I have seen him for over 20 years. He is thoughtful, thorough and genuinely concerned about his patients' best interests. He is also very talkative, so he can run a bit late, but that is better than someone who is overly rigid and guided solely by the clock.

Review of Dr Andrew Loew
Dr Lowe is absolutely the best My entire family ,who are fortunate to be under his care, all agree.I am 82 years old and Dr Lowe is the best diagnostician I have ever encountered. Although he obviously has a heavy work load he never rushes an appointment. He is fully engaged in his patients care and is smart, caring and extremely competent. I've never given a review before but I can't say enough good things about Dr. Loew. We are all grateful to him.

Steadfast superb care!
For fifteen years he has provided excellent, comprehensive, caring care. On more than one occasion he has come up with treatment solutions for my health issues that specialists I had seen for their expertise hadn’t considered. Solutions which improved the quality of my daily life.

Be better not retire or move away! He's the best!
My whole family has been Dr. Lowe's patients since he joined the group when it was Mt. Pleasant Medical Group more than 20 years ago. The group changed its name a couple of times and the staff changed numerous times but he's the rock of this group and we remain his patients. We are his patients but he is the PATIENT one. He listens, doesn't skip any details, stops to ask questions, writes EVERYTHING down (he's faster on his laptop now... :), calls with reports or issues even at 11 PM if it's important, replies back to messages on the patient portal, and won't rush us out of the exam. He his detailed and CONSERVATIVE so he won't overlook anything or just give you meds to send you on your merry way. Praying he won't quit this group or move away. He's the best!

Misdiagnosed my cancer over nearly a year. After I fired him, he used his guilt to manipulate my mother who continued as his patient. He should have been sued. Ruined my life. My cancer has been treated and I am now ok. This is a dangerous person, shredded my family after nearly killing me.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lowe's for almost 20 years now. He's thorough, respectful, and compassionate. I moved to CT fifteen years ago, and I still go to see him for anything of importance. I know I can trust him and wholeheartedly recommend him and the practice.
