I was on time to my appointment and still had to wait over a hour. When it was finally my turn, Dr.Chan ran out of the office without a saying a work to me or the nurse. The nurse said she’s probably headed to lunch and to just come back in a hour.

Horrible doctor!! She is very slow. I’m pregnant, and it took her more than 2 weeks to authorize my medication so I can get it from my pharmacy. And her staff are horrible too!! They never called to tell me my lab results or even post them online so I can see them

I went to see Dr Chan as a result of fibroids, pain and wanting a hysterectomy (I am almost 50). She latterly tried to talk me out of it and to me was rude and disrespectful. Finally she stated well it that’s what you want, call me. My husband stated why does she need to call you, she is right here? Well that was on a Monday. I called on Tuesday morning. Talked to the scheduler and got the run around as well. She needed to talk to Dr Chen who does not work on Monday’s and Tuesdays. How could she
