Dr. Ravi Gupta, MD

He has been a wonderful Doctor for all medical conditions! I highly recommend this Doctor!? He is a knowledgeable doctor in many fields.! I trust him with all of my Life problems and conditions!

The Staff was awful. The doctor tried to convince me not to see a rheumatologist, because he is qualified to care for osteoarthritis. I finally told the doctor that it is my decision to make. Previous posts state that this doctor wants to do everything in house and that is just what the doctor tried doing. If you want a doctor keep searching this is not the place.

The office staff is very rude especially the 2 young girls they never send in approvals on time u gotta run behind them but yet u r the one with the bill because they didn't do there job most of the office staff is not qualified to work there cheap labor yes I read that a few others call it a money pit yes it is he never never sends u out of house n if he dose its is some one he knows that leads me to believe that they agree with him run all these test n nothing is ever wrong my friend said that the stuff he writes on the app is so he gets paid so do I use it or not but the rest of them don't even write on there so all n all I am gonna start looking for new doctor

I have be a patient of Dr. Gupta for over 10 years. Overall, I have found him to be very caring and competent. I have also been pleased with care and compassion shown by his staff. A nurse calls me every couple of months just to check and see if everything is OK, which I really appreciate. Deanna, one of he nurse practitioners is very knowledgeable and caring. Perhaps there is a little overbooking in the office, which can result in long waits but has not been a significant issue with me. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Gupta and his staff.

Both my husband and myself started seeing Dr. Gupta in 2006 when we moved to Leesburg. Dr Gupta is very nice; however, he wants to do everything himself, and not refer you to specialists when we feel sometimes this is necessary. After a few years of long wait times for my appts, I changed doctors. I believe 3 hours waiting to get my lab results is ridiculous. My current doctor calls you the next day not requiring an office visit for results. I believe Gupta's office is a money pit. They overbook therefore the patient spends way too much time "waiting" to be seen. When tests are ordered, it also seems Dr Gupta's office NEVER gets their copy when we've been told the results were sent sometimes multiple times. This affected my husband's carpel tunnel where he should have had surgery LAST year, and now the surgeon says he's waited too long and may not get the feeling back in his fingers, etc. Also, if you leave a message for a nurse to get refills, etc., you NEVER get a call back.

He has been my doctor for about 16 years. He has a great bedside manner.

The absolute worst doctor. It’s all money there isn’t patient care. My fathers cardiologist refuses to see him as a patient any more with Gupta as a primary physician because cardio can’t do his job properly because Gupta wants it all in house. He is not a specialist. My father blew a vocal chord and requested continually to be referred to a specialty dr and dr Gupta repeatedly dismissed him and said it’s just allergies. He went three months with a blown vocal chord. 2 hospitals told me to RUN

Dr Gupta is one of the most caring, no-nonsense doctor I have ever been to. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I find Dr. Gupta to be a very competent physician, he is quite thorough and spends time with his patients. I too take issue with the wait times, which are understandable given the amount of time he gives to his patients. The office staff is great!

What can I say about Dr. Goofball, oops I mean Gupta. I wouldn't allow him to treat a lizard. Very incompetent and his staff is VERY rude. My father in law saw Dr. Goofball on Friday and was told he was fine, blood pressure and all. Saturday morning he was admitted to the ICU with extremely high blood pressure, low coumadin levels and told he needed a pacemaker. This doesn't happen overnight. Be careful taking your family to this man. He's all about money, not his patients.

Dr. Gupta is a kind man but he over schedules. I had a 9 a,m. appointment and didn't see the doctor until 10:30 and told him I was not coming again. His waiting room is almost full - too full. This happens every appointment and it shows a disregard for his patient's time.
