Dr. Raul Pardave, MD

I've always had a positive experience with Dr. Raul Pardave. I appreciate that he dictates throughout our visit as it is thorough documentation that references my test results, my condition and discussion on follow up activities, such as referrals to see various specialist or going for various tests. I have never found the Office staff to be rude, but quite the opposite, they work well together and are very professional. I was never rushed, rather quite the opposite. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Raul Pardave. Most importantly, years with him as my physician has taught me that I can trust this doctor.

I called to make an appointment 5 times but always went to general mail voice, I left a message, I needed to make an appointment and be referred me to my specialist for surgery. his office suppose to be open from 9 am to 5pm it was already 11am so I was wondering is someone was working there, I went by and the worst receptionist was there, i told her that I called several times, nobody was in the waiting room and she said she was busy, she was really rude and unprofessional, when I complaint she said I will tell the doctor, she when in an bring the nurse practitioner, I ask if she was the doctor, and she said the doctor is not here. So went the nurse left, the receptionist continue disrespecting me, and told me that I was to difficult and told me to leave and look for another doctor and she refuse to give me the appointment even though I told her I need to see the doctor to be referred to my surgeon. Do not waste your time going to see this doctor, the receptionist is unpleasant

Dr. Raul Pardave takes the time to be thorough and explains what is going on regarding my symptoms so that I understand. One of his strengths is referring me to specialists, which literally saved my eyesight with corrective surgery. His staff are like family and they are on top of things.

Dr. Pardave! 1. I WOULD GO IN THERE AND SITS DOWN AND MAKES YOU FEEL WEIRD. 2. YOU ARE TRYING TO EXPLAIN YOUR ISSUES WITH HIM AND HE STOPS YOU AND TALKS INTO THIS MICRPHONE BECAUSE HE CAN NOT TYPE OUT HIS FILES. 3. THEN HE COMPLAINS THAT I AM ALWAYS IN THERE. 4. THEN HE TELLS ME THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN HAVE HEART ISSUES AT THIS AGE. 5. EVERYTHING IS JUST BEAUCE I AM TOO STRESSED OUT. REASON WHY I STAYED THERE FOR LONGER IS BECAUSE HIS WIFE SHE IS ALOT BETTER!

Where do you start? Office staff is so unfriendly. Calling there is like pulling teeth. Heaven forbid you have a difficult question. Merisol will forget about you, forget to fax, generally could care less about you. Now for the doctor. Ever single visit is RUSHED. Like I'm on a conveyor belt and I get exactly 15 minutes. 15 minutes? Times up!! Pat on the back and on to the next. Felt like I was just a sack of healthcare money!
