Worst physical exam
She cut my exam short and kicked me out of the exam room because they had problems running my insurance card, even though they already made me sign a waiver stating that I would be responsible for any charges my insurance did not cover. In addition, she did not refill all of my prescriptions, she did not explain my blood work results, and she did not let me finish explaining my physical ailments.
