Disappointed in my last visit with PA with new PA
I met with new PA in Gillette, left feeling irritated because of how she treated me. I was there for normal check up in order to get my refills on all my medications. I called a few months later because my nausea medicine that I've been on for many years did not get refilled. I was told I needed to make another appt. I said why I just did one in January. I usually only need to go twice a yr. The office again said it's been too long I need to make another appt. I've been coming to Dr J for 20 years I've never had this kind of problem. Especially just for nausea medication. Yes if it's my other medication I understand but with me having barretts esophagus, very bad acid reflex & gastroparesis I get very nauseated n even throw up. Last time I called I wanted to wait to see Dr J from now on here in Gillette, can't until end October, I can't wait that long for my nausea medicine I asked if I can have some to get me by. Answer-no. I can't make it to Casper any time soon. Very disappointed!

Horrible experience! I spoke with him for three minutes prior to my surgery. He had his nurse call me an give me the results of both scopes. The results were not explained clearly, nor was I given any information on how to treat my diagnosis or what to do next. I was told to keep doing what I have been doing for the last seven months. Obviously the treatment was not working, which was why I was referred to him. I strongly recommend going somewhere else!!

Does NOT listen to the patient! After explaining all my symptoms he never seemed to be concerned, nor asked for further information. After the procedure he informed my husband that he should probably drive me to the hospital and admit me to the psych ward. I made it all up. It was all in my mind. SOB! Three more months of suffering and my gynecologist found that I had a rectocele. Something that should have been found during the exam. He is a miserable excuse for a doctor! Horrible!

My husband went for an EDG. Never have met Joubran. When they were done the procedure Joubran came to tell me he had Barretts and gave me some reading and left. 2 weeks later my husband had to ironically have an emergency EGD by an ER doctor for an unrelated issue. In an FYI manner it was then that I was actually told how severe a case of Barrett's he had then the surgeon gave me pictures. Joubran never gave us pictures nor did he mention how severe his barretts was.

HORRIBLE! Left me to tell my mom she had cancer. He literally just never came back to tell her. He also misdiagnosed a friend with celiac. He just makes things up. HORRIBLE! Run quick!

I was upset because a new girl called me and told me that I would have to wait on the on call radiologist to let me know the results of my gall bladder procedure. But Dr Joubran and his assistant, Stephanie who genuinely cares about his patients just called me and followed throygh. So grateful to both Dr Joubran and Stephanie for helping me. It was just a bad gallbladder!

I transferred to Dr Joubran because he has such a good personality but am disappointed in that after a procedure all you get is a phone call from nurse Stephanie giving results but no plan of care so my gi problems are still just as bad.Questions are answered with conflicting info by nurse

He was my doctor for over 10 years and I have the utmost respect for him and his compassion and care. I've had multiple colonoscopis and endoscopies and he has treated me with respect and talked to me as if I were his only patient of tge day. It was sad when I moved out of state and knew I had to find another doctor gor my condition and treatment.

Very nice man ,but he had me go though an upper and lower endo because I had hemoroids so he said he could fix my pain .well he banded my internal ones and the one on the outside he said after the last banding he could do anything for the most painful one,Now The one left hurts more often than before .Do not get talked into getting all those expensive procedures to end up being worse off then before. This has ruined my every day life.I thought it was painful before now I feel the pain 24/7

After my husband's endoscopy for constant vomiting, he said He's perfectly healthy but has a touch of barretts, then doubled his medicine. He was already at top level insurance allows and will pay. He didn't mention anyway to heal or help him. A fundoplication would be one choice but no mention at all. Not even a name of where to go for real help. I would not go to him again. We never got an actual office visit after but a phone call for biopsy results. He is still vomiting.
