Dr Milone treated me for several years in South Dakota. He was always very professional and highly informed about my condition. He took time to listen and answer questions. He always employed polite staff. I recommend him without qualification.

I called Dr. Milone's office several times after a colonoscopy that was the worst out of the 4 I have had in my life. after this, I had a flare up and his office did not return calls for several days, I had to go back to my primary dr. for help. I would NOT recommend this dr.

Dr. Milone is my favorite doctor by far. He is realistic, honest and cares about finding answers for his paitents. I have been seeing him for almost 2 years now, and would choose him over any doctor! He explains everything, his nurse Brittany is super nice. If you want a gastrointestinal doctor that listens to you, this is the one!

The only gastroenterologist I have been to in Sioux Falls who has been willing to help me find ways to actually treat and resolve my digestive health issues. Definitely an improvement over the others who do procedures, throw a prescription at you and want you to go away and not return until you are due for your next colonoscopy. Dr Milone's staff is great as well. Nice people!!!

So far I have liked his bedside manner, technically he seemed good as I had a colonoscopy with no side effects and was really easy to get an appointment with quickly. However, they do really lack in the returning call area. It is to the extent that I can call three times and leave messages and maybe finally get a call back.

I saw him at the end of 2014. I had to push for every test he did, besides a colonoscopy, because I had never had one before. He kept telling me nothing was wrong. I kept complaining that it felt like I had a brick in my stomach. I finally gave up, thinking that I had spent thousands of dollars and was no closer to finding an answer. I was someone who had always had stomach issues, and came to think that maybe this was just my cross to bear. I ended up having primary peritoneal cancer.
