She is very kind and takes the time to actually listen to what you are saying instead of rushing you out to get to the next person in line. It does take a little while but I appreciate the time she spends.

She’s always been very professional and attentive to my needs. I never feel rushed as I do at other dr offices, she will take the time to listen and understand. This would explain why there may be a longer wait. She is constantly trying to improve the clinic and patient experience by offering free yoga, free classes, free edible gardens and has patient appreciation dinners. She goes above and beyond to the point that I feel as if I were her family member and she legitimately cares.

I do not understand the negative reviews for this dr. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and have had no problems. Yes sometimes there is a wait ..if you are a walk in even longer but I have had to deal with that from many doctors. Dr. Rany has always been very kind and professional. The staff like other places have some better than other just like anywhere else. Dr. Rany is constantly working to improve the clinic by providing patient appreciation dinners, yoga and support meetings.

Less than poor I would NEVER recommend anyone seeking recovery from addiction to see Dr. Cherian. Either she completely does not care or she did not gain knowledge on addiction in school. Treating people for opiate addiction w suboxone is great an awesome choice for many in recovery! But fooled into thinking you are getting comprehensive assessment & treatment. She prescribes narcotics to those trying to heal from addiction. <DO NOT recommend

I will never return to this clinic or to see Dr Cherian. The staff is rude and Dr Cherian is only interested in making money. I waited out in the waiting room 45 minutes and in the office for another 45 minutes just to see the doctor. They collect the money from you as soon as you walk in the door to make sure that you do not leave. I was charged for lab work that was not done!

This is a horrible dr and the staff are very rude and do not care if you get seen or not. The dr charges you double on some visits I had to fight with my insurance over and over then I found out it was the dr doing it. She does not care about her patients. I needed a prior authorization done so I can get my mediation which is for treatment for opiate addiction and the dr told me well your just gonna have to go without for the three days. So if she doesn't care. So how's that gonna help addicts?

I've been seeing Dr. Cherian every month or two since February 2009, and she's a big part of why I'm opiate free. She truly cares about her patients and she's a really sweet lady.

Dr. Cherian was sweet during the visit. That was just a front. They sent my blood work out for Labs without me knowing. Every test known to man was done. My part of the lab bill was over $100. No one has even bothered calling with the results. It's been 3 months since my last visit and I need a prescription refill. NO - won't refill without a visit. Really? I'm not going in every 3 months for a 'maintenance' prescription just so you can rack up my bill again! I'll go elsewhere.

Wait time is terrible. The girls in the front are rude, hard to deal with and have a bad attitude. They don't care about the patients or their needs.
