Excellent. I enjoyed Dr Locke’s straightforward, efficient manner. She discussed options with me and we made a plan. I was in and out of clinic, my issue managed, and the whole urgent care clinic ran in a professional manner. Thanks.

I had to go to CHI St Joseph Express care today for flu symptoms. Dr Locke was my attending doctor and diagnosed with nasal swab that I did have flu and prescribed Tamaflu. My experience with Dr Locke was very good and would like for her to be the attending physician when I need Express Care again.

I had a wrist injury from work. Went to see Dr. Locke same day and was able to get in an appointment no problem. Staff there are very nice. Dr. Locke is very nice. She went over with me the diagnosis, xrays, treatment, and also scheduled me for a follow up next week. Very caring doctor. Highly recommended!

Dr. Catherine Locke has a volatile temperament. When my father when to see her,she told him he needed a hospital. All he had was a respiratory infection able to be treated at walk in clinic. We had to go to Scott & White. Dr. Locke threw a temper tantrum when my father resisted her expensive & unnecessary suggestion & when he tried to walk out,she threatened to call his employer & make an attempt to have him removed from his job duties. She lacks the temperament & knowledge to be practicing.

She diagnosed me with pneumonia. She took xrays of both my daughter and I but did not read my daughter's xray before prescribing us both an antibiotic that would have been completely contraindicated for a muscular condition that my daughter has. I also did not want to take a fluoroquinolone. When I realized what we had been prescribed and asked for a different antibiotic, she refused, saying that they all have side effects. Did not care one iota about the side effects or my concerns.Terrible dr.
