Dr. Luzania. He's been my PCP for five years and I've never had anything approaching a complaint with his expertise, his compassion or his attentiveness to my concerns

He doesn’t remember what you talk about tells you thing and does another ask the questions on my history that he already has in the chart sent me to ob gyn for unnecessary appt I didn’t need per gyn Dr wouldn’t sign my handicap paperwork that I ve had since 2016 to renew it what kind of dr thinks he’s god to undo what other doctors a specialist and previous primary card Dr have given me for over 20 years he isn’t a good doctor at all choose someone else paperwork will sit on his desk for over 10 days he’s obnoxious. And today I m using my cane to walk at work he wants to decide how much pain I can tolerate really what a joke and his visit take too long waiting in exam room on him I already have a handicapped placard just needed it renewed terrible physician

I went for my annual wellness visit, and all was fine until the end when Dr. Luzania asked if I had any other questions about anything. I mentioned I've noticed a receding hairline, and he said he couldn't diagnose me with that because he had just met me for the first time, but then decided to write me a prescription. A month later, I received my bill for: my wellness visit, which was covered, but a separate line item for DIAGNOSING ME WITH ALOPECIA (hair loss) for 130 dollars that was not covered through insurance. It's not about the 130 dollars for me. It's about him telling me he can't diagnose me with something, but then charging me for diagnosing me with the one thing he said he couldn't diagnose me with. I understand that it's a business, but if you are going to diagnose me with something after our appointment that you said you couldn't diagnose me with, I would appreciate if you actually took at least one minute of your time to look at my hairline, OR if you can't diagnose

Dr Lazania is on time with patient appointments. He is considerate your time a maladies.

Dr Luzania is friendly and spends time talking with you about your concerns. He has an amazing staff, especially his nurse Sarah who is always extremely helpful.

Dr Luzania is a fine doctor who I respect and trust with my healthcare. His staff sf efficient and friendly. Dr Luzania's nurse Patty returned my calls quickly and was able to answer my questions about lab results and future scheduling.

Everytime I go to see Dr. Luzania, he and his staff, care and take time to listen to what you have to say. I never feel that he is rushing to get to the next patient.

My Dr. had retired and I was forced to find a new Dr. I chose Dr Luzania and I was really impressed. The office staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I had a full physical and I felt that the Dr. really listened to what I had to say and was kind and caring. I was in and out in around 45 min. There was not really much wait time in between procedures. He gave me a very through exam. I already knew that I loved Menorah hospital so having my Dr there again makes me happy. I was able to go right on over and get my mammogram right after my physical. One trip and I am good for another year.
