Dr. Mollyanne Brunkow, MD

Dr. Brunkow does not have the experience to handle a regular physical. I went in for a PHX physical and she said she had to do a welcome to medicare appt. then she proceed with going through my drug list and getting up to date on my history since she was replacing my retired doctor. I never asked one question but answered all hers. She was to send in the refills but did not do that. I ended out getting a bill from College Park because she called it a long appt. and not even a physical. College Park Family Care Center has lost all credibility concerning health care. When I went on portal to ask for my refills, I was only given one of the three. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to set up another appt. to get my other two prescripts filled. They inform me that the refills had got stuck in the system and didn't go through originally. But now they want me to come back and pay for another appt. It hadn't been the 3 months yet. I was suppose to get a call back yesterday but did not.

I went to the College Park walk-in clinic with fever, upset stomach and headache. Dr Brunkow and her staff was right on my problems. She found out I had a really bad infection and was dehydrated. I’m the visit alone I started feel a little better. Great job by everyone! I can’t thank them enough.
