Dr. Randi Ann Rodrigues, DO

I arrived early for my 815am appt. At 830a I was called to front desk and advised they received word that I was not eligible for my yearly well visit. Advise them it was there office who made the appt. and why they did not give me the courtesy of alittle advance notice like I would give the office if I was cancelling.

Her office staff is awful now. They are flat out rude and condescending and it reflects horribly on the doctor and AdventHealth as a whole. It’s really a shame that I have to find a new doctor after over a decade of using Dr. Rodrigues.

I was scheduled as a new patient for 11/9/22 and was called the day before to let me know that because of a tropical storm the appointment would need to be pushed back a few days (completely understandable). I was informed that I would receive a call on 11/11/22. After not receiving a phone call, I imagined the storm set them back. I waited until 11/15/22 and called the office. I was informed that the next appointment would not be until 3/23/23. I don't understand how I went from having an appointment scheduled on 11/9/22 being reschedule due to a storm until 3/23/23. Very unprofessional not to give me a call back like I was told, but then to push it out four months with no explanation other than, "that's the next available appointment."

Dr. Rodrigues is a very kind, compassionate caregiver. I met her over 15 years ago when she was in private practice and knew from that moment that I wanted her to be my Primary Care giver. She has always been knowledgeable, thorough and attentive to my needs. I love the fact that she's on top of getting my regularly scheduled screenings done and that she monitors me health from head to toe. My adult children have also chosen her as their Primary Care doctor. I will be her patient until she retires or moves out of the area. She is the best, hands down!

I moved to central Fl 2 years ago and chose Dr. Rodrigues as my provider after reading her bio. I figured I’d see her and then make a decision about signing on as a patient. I’ve worked in hospitals for many years and know many providers (not in FL though) and Dr. Rodrigues is among the top caregivers in my opinion. She is extremely thorough and explains all test results in easy to understand terms. She always asks if I have any questions or concerns. Her personality is refreshing. Having her as my primary care doctor is one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Dr. Randi is very caring and attentive. She listens to my needs and concerns and never rush my time with her. I have recommended her to friends and they love her as well.

If you're looking for a DO because you think they might treat muscle or bone issues, forget that in this office. She told me in my first appointment that she is too busy to treat those conditions. She also acts helpless when it comes to prescribing any ongoing prescriptions that might really help a patient. She also argued with me when I corrected her about my family history. She does absolutely nothing for me. I have no reason to ever see her again. She wants me to see different specialists for conditions I have had managed by other DOs for years. She is useless. Don't waste your time or money.

I dearly apprechiate her individual care. The medical response is tailored to my needs and body type. Something very spevial compared to many practices.

Dr Randi Ann Rodrigues is the most caring, compassionate and thorough doctor I’ve ever had. She takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns. I’ve been a patient of hers for 10 years, and I love her.I drive 10 hours to see her.

Love how detailed oriented Dr Rodriguez is. Being a new patient I was overly impressed by her demeanor and care for understanding. I’ve been looking for a family physician that really cares for their patients for my family and I for over a year and super thankful we found her!

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN! SHE LISTENS WITH AN EMPATHETIC EAR. TAKING PLENTY OF TIME TO HEAR OUT THE PATIENT AND THEN COME UP WITH THE CORRECT APPROPRIATE DIAGNOSES. WERE I CHOOSING A NEW DR. OR THINKING ABOUT CHANGING DR'S SHE IS THE ONE I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CHOOSE. She Truly a professional with a capital 'P'

I love Dr. Rodrigues, have been her patient before she wentto Florida Hospital Medical Office. Now it is impossible to get through the phone system to speak with anyone and don't get test results promptly. The last time, she asked if I wanted a medical procedure in addition to the scheduled one. Sitting undressed in the exam room, I agreed only to learn later when the bill arrived that my insurance company doesn't cover it. Practice seems to be mostly to refer to specialists. Not going back.
