He fixed my heart valve issues really good!! Thatz just the easiest way to put it...I couldn't walk across the parking lot of the hospital with feeling like I ran a 26k marathon at a full sprint ...I simply could not even breathe!! It was scary!! Just 2 weeks later from my intake date into providence srmh I almost feel like I could run 26k and still not pass out from exhaustion..I had mitral stenonosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, primary hypertension, aortic stenosis, with bicuspid valve, acute exacerbation, congestive heart failure, transaminitis, acute nuetrophilia, pulmonary hypertension, aortic valve endocarditis... And after a fairly short recovery time , I should be good as new...I already feel 10 years youger and I've only been released from hospital barely 2 days!! It's amazing!!! I can't remember a time in my life recently or in old memories when I felt this good..the man knows his trade and I have confidence enuff in his abilities to say that he would have healed me if I was even 2x worse...he is probably( based on my narrow scope of. Experience in these matters that he is definetly a top notch Dr. In his field of cardiothoriatic surgeon I have had ever had the privilege of cracking my chest open for my procedures and then put me back together all nice and solid again...I don't, nor will ever even rembember having any chest pains since the surgury last week!!! I got a little scar but it's cool...I wear it well and haven't even touch a pain pill for any relief from any pain remotely related with my chest, ..it pretty cool having all I have had done and been fixed like i can fix most cars on the road ( mechanic for 30+ years)..i will be eternally in his debt for giving me a whole new lease on life i am a new man!! Thank u Dr.Deeik....I appreciate u more than u will ever know!! And mean that from the bottom of my heart.... u truly areand angel on earth bringing with u a feeling of loving life and being alive to say this about u 2 day....I only wish that I could somehow get a hold of u a little easier so I can ask u help me understand a couple of things a little better and even maybe fill o u t some required aflac paper work so I can get aflac disability claim check to pay few bills while I am in my vacation/recovery from my procedure while I am not working for the next month and not bring in a dime to pay my bills that never stop coming in the mail....but u truly are a great man oth r raise and will gladly give a 5 * review even if I can not ever contact u are a very busy man out there saving lives all day and probably don't have any time to fill out this silly paperwork that I shouldn't have even brought up to u in the first place. Again thank u for your. Time u took to save me an d my worthless, insignificantl,so called life !!!! and alow Me to live my life still alive and kicking like I'm almost in my early 40's instead of being 54 like I am now....

Without question or the slightest hesitation I would highly recommend Dr Ramzi Deeik. His minimally invasive heart surgery saved my life and I recovered quickly with very little discomfort. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon but a man with a kind and compassionate heart, and I feel very blessed to have had him as my surgeon.

Personable, caring, explained everything, excellent surgical outcome. All the nurses and caregivers in the hospital told me that Dr. Deeik is one of the best. I couldn't agree more.

I had to have my mitral valve replaced and he opened my rib cage too far damaging my ribs and I am now in total pain all the time. He put an Atril clip outside my heart. It is invasive and he said on my report that he discussed it with me which he did not. It is on my left appendage outside my heart.
