Spent 90 minutes on hold to make an appointment for the woman to be so rude. If this is how they treat you in an initial phone call, I can only imagine what it’s like to be a patient there. No thanks

my knee surgery is not what I have accepted; 10 months after surgery my knee hurts almost as much as before surgery. I can't walk well and I have serious balance problems. The knee is 3 times a big as the good knee and the knee pain is now all over the leg front and back. The prescribed pills for the pain are not working anymore and the pain by the evening around 7 pm is getting really bad most every evening. I think I would have been much better off without this surgery.

The provider was very nice and kind. The front office staff has a problem with not answering the phones, not calling patients back in a timely manner. I had to use the threat of contacting Administration to receive a call back. I have since then seen the provider, was asked to get a receipt number to start my disability per the PROVIDER, I have left two messages leaving that number since last week, as of today form haver not be submitted. Mind you this is my means of income, but they seem to not care, they are leaving me no choice but to contact Corporate and follow chain of command. I worked at Kaiser for 19 years and I know for a fact the front office staff is not showing the care for patients they should be, in all reality if patients like myself was not in pain and needed to be seen, they would not have THAT income. I can understand being short staffed, but the amount of staff I saw at my appointment that was there it is more not likely that this is a issue. I will file complaint

The Dr and his PA’s are good at what they do. However, wait times are VERY long. It’s a mill. Today’s was an hour wait time. Wife is a quad and we always need to prepare her for appointments. She had to wait so long, that she had a BM in her power chair. On top of that, their was no reason for this appointment. X-ray was taken the prior week. They had the X-ray and merely said to her...the X-ray looks good and the bone has healed, goodbye. 3 min. Just for the $’s.

If there was a negative 10 rating I would give it to this office. I have not even seen the doctor yet ! The customer service at this office is horrible, absolutely horrible. I left 4 messages to call me to make my first appointment, which of course no one did ever call me back. Talked to staff numerous times and they didn't care an was always put on hold for over 15-20 minutes and no one picked up the phone. Due to all this I ended up in ER. They do NOT care about the patients.

I haven't met the doctor. For 3 months tried to get appointmt. His office was couldn't set up to because my father lived in a facility and transportation was difficult. After finally making appointment, receptionist told me the Doctor is NOT a spine specialist therefore it's better to go to another one :( After thinking about it, I called back to cancel the appointment. The machine kept hanging up on me and no one even picked up the phone so that I can cancel it... Fire your staff doctor.

The visit was very good experience, but to make appointment with office or appointment with physical therapist is very bad, I called 3 times first time after 12 minutes waiting I hanged out, second time after 18 minutes I hanged out, third time I am still on the line now for 16 minutes, waiting to make appointment with physical therapist.
