My wife was rescheduled twice by his staff without proper notice. The first time was via email, who checks their email? Why not call? The second time she came back, on the date they rescheduled her appt, they called her THREE MINUTES PRIOR TO THE APPT! From an OHIO number. We are in Texas. Then the staff was rude and inconsiderate to my wife.

Dr Brooks aggressively removed multiple moles leaving to the worst scars I’ve ever had due to a “medical” procedure.
