Billing incompetence
Dr appt was fine, though his solution didn’t fix my problem. Sold me a 50 dollar bottle of otc soap. Good for him.I’m a cash pay patient, and have attempted now 5 times to get them to fix my incorrectly billed labs. They won’t follow up to fix it, and now it’s about to hit collections. They won’t contact the lab to fix. They won’t return my calls. Talking to someone in the office is literally impossible unless you drive there, walk in, and demand to talk to someone. It’s a web of poorly configured offshore call centers. None of which can connect you to the office directly.If you want a dr who cares to fix the problem, and not just to maximize their billing rates to insurance, see someone else.

Dr Meyer is not the dermatologist I usually go to but he was Great! Listen to what I had to say, is very caring and gentle. I will decently recommend him and will go see him again. I’m so happy I got to visit with him and his assistant that is also great! Sorry I did not catch her name but they are a great team! Thank you!
