Dr. Stachowicz explained what he thought was the problem, gave options to fix it and then lets you decide how to proceed. Doesnt push you into a surgical fix, leves dicision upbto you.

Was professional and helpful, pointed me in the right direction to get the right help after eliminating a big concern: yes, I would recommend him and his team.

I was having pain and swelling in my hand that woke me up at night and interfered with my ability to use it. Dr. Stachowicz spent time asking about my symptoms and examining me. I left with a diagnosis, a clear plan for testing and some immediate symptom relief. He had repaired a fracture for me with an excellent outcome, so he was my first choice for this new problem.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with a healthcare provider that left me not only frustrated but questioning the professionalism and his basic courtesy. The doctor spent all of about two minutes in the room, during which he simply told me I needed an MRI and then walked out—no goodbye, no pleasantries, not even a 'have a nice day.' It was as if my time and concerns were irrelevant to him. To make matters worse, after he disappeared from the room, I had to remind him that I was there for a cortisone shot. His assistant had to check the file before confirming the shot was necessary. He administered the shot in silence and left the room without a word.This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was the doctor unprofessional, but his lack of basic courtesy and egotistical behavior made me feel as if I were just another inconvenience. I would highly advise against seeking care with him. Dr Myers and Dr Cleland, amazing! Got me approved in a week.

Crystal Clinic overall severely disappointed with both unprofessional staff and inattentive medical care. After an hour-long wait, the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me, showing complete disinterest in me even being there. His entire 'treatment plan' was just a cortisone shot and a vague six-week follow-up, with no discussion on what or how to move forward managing my condition. The staff, particularly his tech, was notably rude and hostile, especially when I declined a redundant X-ray having had one two weeks ago. For a clinic that prides itself on its reputation, his rushed inattentive care suggests they're more interested in billing than patient care.

Prompt appt established. Minimal wait time. X rays and physical exam confirmed diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. Offered options for treatment. Steroid injection virtually eliminated symptoms. Understand this is temporary relief and surgery likely to follow. Very pleased with professionalism. Would recommend him without reservation. This is the fourth surgeon I’ve used at Crystal. Dr. Stachowicz is a great doctor. He's kind and explains things well. He did carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand almost 2 years and when the numbing meds wore off, I had almost zero pain, and my symptoms were gone. Now I'm back for the left hand, and I'm not nervous at all about the upcoming surgery. Highly recommend him!
