Dr. Rachel Long, DO has a rude disposition that originates from an over-exaggerated sense of importance. In phone calls with Dr. Long, she is more than willing to remind you that she is a physician suggesting that no wrong can be done on her part. Never before have I had such a horrible experience from someone "with the desire to serve those most in need".

Nope in Rochester, NY – Sep 28, 2018

worst experience ever for OBGYN. Kept me waiting for so long the timer shut the lights off in the exam room. Painful and insulting while cracking jokes and seeming to be friendly. Prescribed an expensive cream that ( in my chart was listed as an allergic-obviously didn't read) and was not returnable. Mis diagnosed my condition and delayed care by not following up on labs. Staff suggested I may be trying to sneak in tainted urine , evading a drug test, when issue was for a UTI. Horrible
