Highly recommend Dr. Cheng
Dr. Cheng is very professional, caring, and kind. She cares about the patients and their families. She is the one you can trust. My parents have worked with several family doctors in the area and decided to stay with Dr. Cheng. We recommend Dr. Cheng and her practice to anyone who wants to have a good family doctor.

Very outdated and unprofessional physician. Blaming on patients. She can only make money on Chinese patients who don’t speak English well.

Do not schedule an appointment with Dr. Cheng's office- the experience from the front desk to scheduling appointments is a nightmare. The receptionist is rude and VERY difficult to communicate with.

Can I say it is a nightmare to see Dr. Cheng? She is very unpolite, unfriendly. She gets extremely upset in the visit. She likes to give some patients advantages but not all. She also likes to blame patient. She does not listen and she does not ask. Unfortunately, she is the number one unprofessional medical provider I have ever seen. The staff in her office are unprofessional either. I hope I have never seen Dr. Cheng.
