Unhelpful and Rude
Telehealth
Called about a toothache and explained that I needed a specific antibiotic that my dentist and I had discussed but it was the weekend and couldn’t get a hold of my dentist. She was rude and told me that she wouldn’t prescribe this medication and to follow up with my dentist in 3 days. She then prescribed me a mouthwash and told me it wasn’t safe for breastfeeding (even through a quick google search shows no issues). After trying to reason with her for all of 30 seconds she cut me off and said she wasn’t going to argue with me, I wasn’t being argumentative but simply explaining why I was requesting an antibiotic that was discussed with my dentist. Why is she even a doctor if she’s unwilling to help people and has such a bad attitude? Based off of the 20 plus other one star reviews, this seems like par for the course. Unwilling to help, extremely rude, won’t spend more than 2 minutes discussing an issue. She also seems to have personal vendetta against prescribing antibiotics.

Unprofessional and Unhelpful
Telehealth
As the other reviews state, she was not helpful at all. Provided no insight into my concerns about my high blood pressure. Refuted me when I told her I've been prescribed medicine for high blood pressure in the past. Referred me to other specialists for simple questions about other concerns. Billed the full rate for a 2 minute call in which she did not seem at all like she was listening. She seemed like she was rushing to just say, 'can't help you' and hang up. Honestly, if any management body sees these reviews, she should not be employed in telehealth.

Horrible!
Telehealth
This person has no business being a Teladoc for Colorado. She does not understand altitude nor does she listen at all. She will form her opinion of what she chooses to hear, talk over you and then end the call. I needed steroids for bronchitis that had flared up asthma. She does not understand acceptable oxygen levels at altitude are different than at sea level. Long story short she spent about two minutes with me on the phone said she couldn’t help me and I needed to go in. She could’ve helped me if she’d known what she was doing. She said I still needed to pay the $65 also. Off to urgent care I went, got the steroid I needed. if you get assigned this doctor and have a chance to decline her for another doctor do it! Don’t waste your money with this lady

Awful, stay away from her
Telehealth
Stood me up on a telehealth appointment. Tried to tell the telehealth provider she tried to call me, which is not true. Rescheduled with a different doctor and received his phone call in 5 minutes. Google her name and look at her terrible reviews. What a disgrace to the healthcare community.

You are not a good Dr.
Telehealth
Lousy, and I've never had a worse experience in Health Care. First Cigna MD Live has a guy prescribe me medications for viral sinus issues when I have bacterial sinus infection and then she backs the other doctor up with absolutely no way to confirm this. These doctors are horrible and just to save face they will always agree with the first opinion. Tele-Health is a joke. I guess they're afraid to prescribe anti-biotics even though I haven't had any in a while.

Worst 'doctor'
Telehealth
I wish zero stars was an option honestly. I did a Telehealth visit with her regarding a painful rash on my neck. She asked me to show her on the phone, despite it being at the back of my head I tried to show her, she took about .02 second to look. She asked if the rash was itchy I said 'sometimes but now its painful', she then responds that 'those types of rashes are never painful'. Ok so maybe its not what you think then. She then tells me what she thinks it is, as I go to write it down she says 'don't google it now, thats not right, thats rude'. I just wanted to write down my 'diagnoses'. Even if I was googling which I was not, she provided no explanation for my diagnoses so I have to find it somewhere. She then said she would prescribe a cream and hung up on me. No time for follow up or questions. I later looked up her 'diagnoses' and she was completely wrong as to what is was as I didn't exhibit any of the other symptoms even though she had asked me if i did and I said no. Also the

Stay away from this doctor.

Rude called me a liar when I told her what another doctor had told me. Refused to prescribe me antibiotic laughed at me the entire time like I was stupid. I’m sick and you’re a doctor. Don’t be a doctor if you don’t care about people. They come to you for help. This person is all about a paycheck.

I get tonsillitis often. I requested a Teladoc appt and she was my provider. She wanted to give me a pain killer rather than an antibiotic, Augmentin, which many doctors have prescribed me before that fixes the problem within 48-72 hours. She was very stubborn to say that she would not prescribe me this, the only doctor that ever said that. I do not need a pain killer, I need this infection gone. I’m very disappointed in how little she was willing to listen to my experience with my own body. Now I can’t request another appointment with Teladoc because she has kept my file open. She rushed me off the phone when I politely told her I didn’t agree with her and that I needed this antibiotic.
