Rude and too much wait for the results They do not call you for the results. They will take one month to post it on portal. If you have any major health problems then how can you wait for the test results for long. I have called 10 times and they told me that you will get a call same day only. But you will not get even a single call. No one will understand your health issues and reason why you want your test result ASAP. They will even deny to post and give you the results if they do not have test results for one out of 5 test. I was asked to go for test again in GI if you need report soon. It means one more week wasted and also the money for deductible This is how they behave. Even though doctors are good and they are thorough. They will asked you go for each and every test related with your problems but what is sense of going for all test if you are not going to get the test report soon and will not know what’s going on and how to treat it. I have not seen this type of facility.

Each visit at this clinic is very welcoming. Dr. Bayyapureddy is an excellent & caring physician. She cares about me as her patient. My husband & I are both patients at this medical office. Dr. Priya Bayyapureddy explains medical & lab work & provides a copy. We have seen other Physicians & Nurse Practioners. They are all very personable. Excellent healthcare & staff is provided from this office. The Nurses are very helpful. There are two locations. Both serve patients well.

They take long time despite taking an appointment

I went today. Like Dr. B but NOT her staff. Unprofessional seeing I use to work for a doctor. I think though, based on my interactions with Dr.B I may go back. She was very open-minded when I presented my issues i had with her staff.

Dr. B. is a very knowledgeable doctor. She explains your condition. Excellent manners. We've been going to this practice for two years. She's very compassionate. Would definitely recommend her.

I love Dr. Bayyapureddy. She’s compassionate, understanding, thorough, and really dives in to discuss your treatment rather than talking at you.

I am a Psychologist whom saw Dr. Bayyapureddy today and I just loved her. She is friendly and truly listened to my health concerns. Friendly staff, lab technician made laugh, and it was nice that Priya greeted me leaving. Definitely would recommend her to anyone whom wants a smiley face filled with concern and intelligent to find out the problem of her patient. Cheers Priya!!!

Dr. B and all staff at Windermere are fantastic. Everyone is kind, encouraging, and empathetic ! Could not ask for a better patient experience.
