I sincerely REGRET referring Rogers to all the individuals I have. Rogers no longer cares to treat his patients due to his DEA issues that have NOTHING to do with his patients, but his own negligence. Since merging with this new company, he has no backbone, initiative, nor morals. I will NEVER go back to his office. He used to be amazing, now he only looks out for his own well being, a disgusting way to CARE FOR PATIENTS. Rogers won't even face his mistakes as a dr. or a man. HORRIBLE

I LOVE Doctor Rogers, and have been going to him for years. In the past year he has a call center handling his appointments. They must be the poorest run call center I have ever experience. The last 2 times I called I had wait over 20 minutes to get someone on the phone. Today I timed it for fun...it was 23 minutes and 36 second before the picked up the phone. When they did answer, the girl at the call center couldn't even make the appointment and I have to wait to get a call back.
