If you are referred to Dr. Song you will be in excellent care. I needed surgery on my vocal cords after being intubated for 10 days. I had a very difficult time speaking. I had surgery in March of this year and an injection in October. I have a new voice that improves with every treatment!

I'm sure Dr. Phillip Song deserves his 5.0 ratings.However with me, alas I let him inject my paralyzed larynx.He said I might be hoarse for a while. Alas, I could hardly talk for months. FortunatelyDr. Song's staff provided speech therapy which got me closer to my voice before Dr. Song's injection.

Dr Song and staff were excellent. Because of my claustrophobia, I almost couldn't go through with the vocal cord injection procedure. His patience and compassion helped me immensely. I would highly recommend Dr. Song.

Besides being professional, he treated me personally with great respect and courtesy, as if I had value and importance. He put me at ease for a procedure I was nervous about. He made it no big deal at all! He shared images and explained each one, offering solutions. He was efficient, but not rushed, taking the time we needed. As well, he had a super nice staff, all smiling and friendly. I was very impressed.

Dr. Song is an amazing physician. He always makes me feel like I am his only patient. He is calm, explains everything very clearly, and always asks if I have any questions. His staff is amazing from the minute you enter his office. Whether in person, on the phone or over the patient portal you will always get someone to answer your questions or concerns. I have a rare condition that was diagnosed in an emergency situation and he literally saved my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Song & Mass Eye & Ear.

I had been dealing with a throat issue for over a year. 4 different doctors and still no answer. I was lucky enough to land in Dr. Song’s office. He was able to diagnose and get rid of it. Extremely professional. Wish all my healthcare providers were like him.

I was referred to Dr. Song for a complicated vocal cord paralysis. I could not have asked for better care. All of my interactions with Dr. Song and all of the hospital staff have been positive, and I have the utmost confidence that he would be able to improve and correct my medical problem. I would recommend Dr. Song without reservation to anyone with a medical problem related to his area of expertise.

Dr. Song and his staff are amazing. Dr. Song listens to all my concerns and somehow always seems to know what I'm trying to ask him, even if I am having a hard time explaining myself. His staff is always kind and follows his lead of excellence. They are very responsive via the portal or via phone calls, so I know if I have issues or questions, they are a quick call or email away. It is a 2 hour drive to see him, and it's 100% worth it.

Dealing with my issue can be difficult. However, when you have a doctor like Doctor Song, you can be assured you are getting the best. I asked him a question unrelated to my issue and he told me it was a great question and answered it. He treated me as if I were the only patient in the world with his time, concern and compassion. You will not regret seeing Dr. Song.

He was dismissive and said I was just hypersensitive. When I said that my issue causes social embarrassment he didn't believe that other people notice and have commented on my issue. Gave me no answers and completely wasted my time. Would not recommend.

Dr. Song is an excellent doctor. You will have a very thorough exam and a careful explanation of what he finds. Very kind and empathetic. Also must say his admin is very helpful and kind.

Very pleasant experience with Dr. Song who was very comprehensive in queries, explained procedures and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after each procedure.

Dr Song is extremely knowledgeable about his specialty. Dr Song and his staff take the time to listen to the concerns you have and always have suggestions of how to solve them. He is an excellent surgeon and was able to correct my issue. I would highly recommend Dr Song!
