Removed my tooth and growth no problem. Gave me medicine for pain but didn't sign the prescription so couldn't get meds first of all. Tough it out and healed up fine. Insurance statement comes in and I paid over so Mitchell owes me money but when you call all they do is give you a run around say "they put it on his desk" or "he is working on it". Still haven't received payment.
