He is a awesome surgeon, however I have some questions and nobody will answer the phone at his office. I will be using a different surgeon to complete my oral surgery.

Disappointed
I've been seen by Dr. Robson in the past having been referred by my local dentist. Everything went wonderful... he, his staff, the environment all wonderful. I've now been trying to get an appointment for more than a year and can't even get a call back. I have no sense that anyone even listens to the many messages I've left describing my situation and asking for help. Rather, my sense is that he has a bad employee on the phones unawares ruining his business. Oh, I discussed with my dentist and he can't get a call-back either. So, he's very good... if you can get in to see him.

I believe Robson is a crook and a fraud. My wife Susan has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. He and his staff informed Susan and me that neither Medicare nor Federal Blue Cross would pay for her necessary jaw surgery which was a total failure and it would be necessary to pay $960 upfront. We asked why not and they stated they did not know. We later had conversations with Blue Cross and Medicare and was informed that they would pay. Medicare and blue cross communicated with Robson and his staff on several occasions and informed them to file a claim. We began getting more bills from Robson demanding more and more money ($1300+). We questioned his clerk repeatedly as to why no one would pay and on our last visit she angrily stated that they would not pay enough. We filed a complaint with the BBB and I believe their actions resulted in Robson returning our money. I would believe we were not the first victims of his scheme and will not be the last.

Dr. Robson is rude, talks over his patients, and doesn’t listen to what is going on with them before jumping to conclusions and assuming he is correct.

The office is very clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The staff is friendly and organized and the office runs like a well-oiled machine. I have had several operations there, all went very smoothly without complication. Dr. Robson is very caring, concerned, and attentive. He takes time to thouroughly explain everything, goes over every option available, makes sure that you are well informed and helps you to make the best decision(s) available to you.
