I’m writing this with deep sadness and frustration. My dear friend, under Dr. Wong’s care, was tragically diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that had already metastasized to her brain. Despite presenting with clear symptoms that warranted immediate attention, the urgency of her condition was not recognized.What’s especially troubling is that Dr. Wong never contacted her directly. Instead, his assistant scheduled a CT scan a full month later, with no sense of urgency or direct communication. Tragically, she was placed on hospice before that CT scan ever occurred.As a pulmonologist, Dr. Wong had the responsibility to take her condition seriously and act swiftly. The lack of communication and delay in care were unacceptable. This isn’t just about a missed diagnosis — it’s about a missed chance for earlier intervention, and it cost her critical time.I hope this review helps others advocate for themselves or their loved ones. very thorough in explaining my scan and why he was ordering more tests. He covered everything, I left his office with no questions.

Waiting 1 1/2 hour plus. Still not seen

After several failed attempts, was given partial test results that lung sacs were losing elasticity with no reasons, explanations, expectations or prognosis. Decided to go to a larger city to find better care. 3 months later I get a text out of the blue stating I owed them money. Upon inquiry, I was put off by staff, hung up on, left on endless hold and calls ignored. Had to call hospital to get his billing offices number and found it was their error. Very frustrating and unprofessinal.

Staff and Doctor very professional. One dislike is wait times can be unusually long
