My first visit with Dr Lam was very helpful. She explained everything to me as I needed to know. She is a very kind person with relaxing smiles. I am so thankful she is my doctor and I highly recommend her to everyone.

I found Dr. Lam to be a very competent, caring person who has done an excellent job during the past several weeks treating my leg wounds. Her office staff is friendly and I had no problems getting appointments at convenient times.

Dr Loan Lam ordered a MRI. A week later after multiple calls from the imaging center and from me, Dr. Lam did NOT sign off on her Dr. Notes professing that she was seeing patients. Our MRI date was rescheduled. Still Dr Lam did not sign off on her notes. Next we got a dr. appointment with a new surgeon and called Dr. Lam's office to pick up he notes. Again we were told that she was busy and we could not pick up the notes for the new doctor. What incompetence!
