Caring, attentive, and accurate.
Dr Heidebrink has been helping both my wife and I deal with COPD for years. My last CT scan reviewed by Heidebrink resulted in surgically removing a lobe in my right lung. Surgeon remarked she’d never seen such a complete referral allowing my surgery to proceed almost immediately since Heidebrink had everything possible defined and presented. More significant to me, the Doctor called me personally to deliver the potential cancer, followed up a week later with confirmation and surgical “handoff”. This man cares about his patients and knows what he’s doing!

Went to Dr Heidbrink ,pulmonologist
This was the most uncaring and total dismissal of a patients, needs for health care. Never contacted me about test results. His number one assistant, is so unprofessional. I called 3 times ,and no one ever, got back to me, so I changed Doctor. His picture on his website shows a more youthful person. NOT... Will relate my experience to everyone. Poor poor health care. Avoid.

Dr. Peter listened to all concerns and tjings I considered issues and he took his time to explain to me what the next steps are to help me feel better! I appreciate his time he took to listen to me and explain things to me. Arrogant and rude
I went to this man for a few years and finally left. I have never met a more arrogant or rude physician in my life, and I’m in the medical field. His staff makes excuses for him, I.e., he’s busy, he has a lot goin on. None of these things excuse his behavior! Calls go unreturned and I refuse to chase him to have a conversation.

Dr. Heidbrink was late for my appointment. After filling out 6 pages of history which took over an hour to collect, Dr. Heidbrink came into the room, curtly shook my hand and introduced himself, sat down an proceeded to ask me when I had my last x-ray; MRI; exams, etc. When I told him I didn't recall the exact dates and that I had provided all the information on the papers he had on his clipboard, he got very irritated with me. Dr. Heidbrink said "if you aren't going to cooperate with me, I can't help you". He was rude and angry. This was my first and Last appointment with him. His office staff, however, was very courteous and helpful.
