Quick and easy, took great care of my double ear infections. Easy to talk to.

Saw me same day and was kind and helpful. Took two visits to clear my ear from years of wax buildup. I couldn't hear for a couple of days in that ear after some home instruction, but I put my trust in him & he got it done second visit

Quick...I called, told him my insurance information..made appointment..came in later that same day...ear problem corrected and went on my way. I checked the status of the claim on my insurance web site and the claim was processed 5 days after my visit! Excellent. I will be seeing him again for a follow-up in a few months!

I had sudden onset hearing loss, which I didn't know was a medical emergency until Dr. Lin told me. Another ENT doc I saw verified treatment Dr. Lin prescribed was ok. Dr. Lin didn't do a hearing test, so there was nothing to compare to post-treatment hearing. Biggest issue was with billing. I contend he used the wrong billing codes. When I spoke to him about it, he was very unprofessional; wouldn't answer my questions and his only concern was about being paid. The insurance paid him within two weeks of the visit. He then called me almost 3 months later, twice on the same day, and claimed he wasn't paid. My insurance company rep called him and only then did he finally send me an email verifying he was paid. It was NOT a good experience. Dr. Lin does not keep good billing and payment records. If you have a HSA or HRA or similar account, I especially recommend finding someone else. I only went b.c I couldn't find another doc in-network that was available for an emergency/same day visit.

Dr. Lin was thorough in treating my ear issue and I experienced no pain whatsoever during the visit. My issue was resolved after just one appointment.

Dr. Lin is kind and efficient. Extremely skilled at what he does. I would not go to any other ENT. Dr. Lin is MY doctor.

My favorite doctor now. 5 star for his extreme knowledge and outstanding behaviors with patient to treat them patiently and safely.

If I could give him zero stars, I would. He's rude, abrupt, and doesn't take the time to explain what he's doing or what's wrong before he starts shoving instruments in your nose or peeling off your ear. I've been to other ENTs since and none of them were so brutal with their inspections. If you try to ask questions or suggest that the problem isn't fixed, he condescendingly says, "This is it/all" and rushes you out of the office. His office is run-down and dirty. He, as a doctor, is disorganized and messy. His glove box was empty, and he had no idea where to find another box! He told me to get CTs done, but is also "unable" to get pre-authorizations for them and told me to get them myself or have my PCP do it. That is very much not how pre-authorizations are acquired. Seeing him was a total waste of time and a painful experience of what to not tolerate from a doctor.

You can usually see him quickly, often same day. Good bedside manner.

Worst

Dr. Pei S. Lin is an ENT physician with enormous experience & talents. I am having ear problems. He diagnosed my ear problems and he was able to help me out solved it. Although, I am still seeing him on fallow basis on occasions. Dr. Lin you are a wonderful physician and I will recommend you to others.

Very knowledgeable and has great bedside manor

Dr. Pei Lin is the best ENT doctor in Central Jersey , he is very experienced , efficient and very comfortable matter to the patient , our family been seen him for couple of years , there is no doubt we will recommend Dr.Lin for 100% . Excellent !

spent maybe 5 minutes with me. overbooked with patients. said was way too busy and rushed me out. waste of time.

DR. LIN is wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly, with good communication skills... He did my nasal surgery at the office, i breathe so much... I live in Staten island and i drive one hour to see him..

Great communicator

Dr. Lin came to my rescue after seeing another ENT Doctor who did nothing to help and in fact, made my problem worse. Left that doctor never to return. Dr. Lin was very compassionate and his first treatment relieved my pain almost immediately. I was completely pain free after the third visit and my hearing restored. I have tried two other ENTs before Dr. Lin and would never go back to what I would consider quacks. Dr. Lin knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Dr. Lin.
