Dr. Paul Sahd, DO

Back in the day I was named nurse of the year for the state that I lived in. I value quality care very much. Dr. Sahd is friendly, extremely competent, caring and compassionate. I've never had such a great doc.

Dr. Sahd asks good questions, listens to answers, and spends time efficiently. I appreciated his manner: professional and ironically humorous.

I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Sahd spent the necessary time with me to evaluate my concerns and discuss treatment. I like him very much. And when I had an issue with a medication, due to insurance, I wrote to him via the portal and he responded quickly with a solution.

This was a same-day visit and the first time I met Dr. Sahd. He is knowledgeable and made sure I understood my treatment plan by me repeating it. He is personable, respectful and thorough; a winning combination.

Dr. Sahd is knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated. He is thorough, and if needed, refers you for testing. He then follows up by reviewing the test results. I have seen him for several years now and he is never rushed to get you out of the exam room, but takes the time to listen. I wish all doctors were this dedicated to patient care.

Dr. Sahd is very knowledgeable, thorough, insightful, and kind. He sees a patient as a whole person, not just a collection of parts/conditions.

Twice during the 7 years or so during which Dr. Sahd has been my personal physician, he identified conditions that I had not recognized and that needed attention. One case involved immediate hospitalization which was absolutely necessary. The other was an underlying condition that required changes in diet and weight. In both cases the result was greatly improved health. I feel fortunate to be his patient.

Dr Said to me was a very good doctor. He listened to me and had a vedio remote Interpreting service with him to minimize our communication issues. he was easy to understand and very clear me!

Dr Sahd is an awesome Dr. Very attentive, he listens when I talk to him and generally seems to care.

The worst. He doesn't listen or explain things appropriately. He did not call in a prescription refill for my paxil after he said he would. He was perhaps the most dissmisive practitioner I have seen.

Great experience with DrSahd He is straight forward and tells it like it is. He makes sure you understand everything at the end of the visit !!

This was my first visit. Dr. Sahd was exceptional. He was informative, made me feel at ease, and addressed all of my health questions and concerns in a relatable and understandable way. I am beyond happy that he is my new PCP.

Dr. Sahd is the best. I have never had a better doctor. He assesses issues and med plans very well; -he leaves all options open, and he leaves no questions un- answered.

Both of my parents doctor. I go with them as they are in their late 80’s. Doctor is awesome to both of them.

always a good doctor, listens to my problems when i have one and very sympathetic too. if i could id give him a 10 star rating for staying so calm and a good listener. always gives me advice when i have problems. as long as hes still here ill keep coming back.

Your doctor is only as good as your ability to access him/her. I have been trying to get an appointment for the past 2.5 weeks with no success and that is nothing to do with my schedule which is almost wide open or the severity of my issue which is quite painful in a very localized area. I think Dr. Sahd has gotten selective about who he will see, even if you have been exclusively his patient for years. In addition I will say that the testing he orders may not be specific to your issues.

Paul is a compassionate primary care physician, who certainly has the best interests of his patients in mind. The only issue is his lack of specialty physician network and ability to consistently advocate for his patients to receive the best treatment from the best providers – including now with the strong outreach with MGH. His lack of more broad knowledge about conditions and ability to prescribe anything that has to do with his medical license holds him back from being a much better doctor.

Our family (just retired from military) cannot say enough that is good about Paul Sahd and the entire staff at Hadley Family Practice. He speaks directly to the children, keeps parents included, gets referrals and follow-ups done without delay, and really listens. I truly feel like we're in good hands.

A serious health problem arose when I suddenly needed a PCP. Just a stroke of luck that I blindly chose Paul Said. He had me at a specialist and under a scaple within 48 hours. I expected old school doctoring but he was non judgmental, non lecturing, and non humiliating as I had been used to. A trip to the doctor raises much less anxiety now. He is a virtual newcomer to the practice but I hope he never leaves.
