I have left voice messages for 3 weeks to schedule testing, and no return call! For the premium price I paid of a 8 minute visit it is not worth it.

Dr. Mauk is awesome great bedside manner and really takes the time to explain everything that you need to know. Great Dr has made me feel more comfortable about my situation he is awesome.

I've had three procedures with Dr. Mauk and my wife has had two. Our experience with Dr. Mauk has been the best there is. The facility where we have had our procedures done, Physicians Endoscopy Center on Gessner has always been good as well, the problem is the anesthesia group they use. They don't tell you they are out of network until after the procedure. They don't give you a chance to go elsewhere. I will be changing doctors because of the experience with anesthesia.

Early one morning, I experienced severe lower GI stress. He was able to see me on an emergency basis within 10 minutes of my arrival. He asked me specific questions & actually listened to my answers, which is rare these days. He ordered tests & prescribed two antibiotics. He followed up with me on multiple occasions to track my progress. His quick action, treatment recommendations & follow-up instructions kept me out of the hospital. He is highly-competent, caring, professional & kind.

I am new to Houston and needed an elective colonoscopy and a friend recommended Dr Mauk and I am glad he did; Dr Mauk was great! Warm easy bedside manner yet thorough and the colonoscopy went very smoothly. I am an orthopedic doctor so I am careful abo8ut whom I go to for my health care and can definitely say I will go to Dr Mauk again if I need to. Dr Mauk is really good!

Dr. Mauk has treated me for 2 years and he was my second opinion. He is amazing, kind, and gentle. He explains where you understand and he goes to all lengths to keep from doing procedures that you do not need.
