Dr. Paul Lapco, MD

I met with Dr. Lapco, after repeating numerous tests then I had been through on several occasions, the doctor assured me that he could alleviate my condition by doing eustachian tube balloon procedure. Briefly, I tried to schedule this procedure with the office they’re so incompetent that no one actually knew what I was talking about or what they were doing. After several weeks had gone by and many calls to the office, first I was told the doctor was on vacation, then finally I spoke to one of the girls and said the procedure is not covered by my insurance. I called my insurance company they said an exception can be made, it would just take a letter from the doctor explaining it was essential. This same girl told me that that would be impossible and the doctor would not do that, but that I can always pay in cash. I did receive a phone call from the doctor, who again told me no problem with him doing the procedure I just needed to get it scheduled. Never another phone call .

I saw Debbie for my throat problems and she was outstanding, the staff was able to get me in within two days and the staff was outstanding!

Amazing staff, great doc and very friendly! I switched and started seeing this doc and have had nothing but great experience!!!

Dr. Lapco and his staff are top notch! They do a great job making you feel comfortable during your entire visit. I had same day allergy testing and a CT scan that Dr. Lapco was able to explain everything to me during the visit! Couldn't ask for better treatment!

be careful! the office manager told me one price and then they billed me TWICE and refused to change their bill, so I had to either pay it or have a bad debtsent to collections and that might have impacted my credit report!

Like Dr. Lapco very much. He takes his time, you don't feel rushed. Everything gets explained and I feel he is very thorough. I saw him about 18 months ago and I did not like his office staff at all. My last visit,about a week ago and again today when I was there for testing were all very pleasant as was his PA and audiologist.

One of the nicest Doctor I have seen. For a first visit he made me feel very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Just underwent sinus corrective surgery. Dr Lapco is truly gifted and professional. Minor discomfort mostly from the anesthesia. This only a few hours after surgery. I expected much worse based on friends who have had similar procedures with other physicians. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Dr Lapco to anyone who needs this work done. Visited him with complaint of a sinus infection, based on facial swelling, eyelid pain, etc. He misdiagnosed, saying no sinus infection, and then tried to interest me in allergy testing at his office. He took no x-ray, no cat scan to confirm his diagnosis. I do not suffer from environmental allergies. In fact, I did have a sinus infection that left untreated, has now spread to my ear and is far more difficult to clear based on delay of treatment. I would not recommend this office

Dr Lapco is an amazing doctor. He is very thorough and answers all of my questions. He is extremely kind and attentive. I could ask for a better person.

Dr. Lapco not only treated me, but many members of my direct family (parents and kids). Besides being an excellent professional his manners and friendliness makes you feel very comfortable as a patient.

I came to see dr. Lapco due to some pressure in my sinus. After hearing different opinions from other doctors I was happy to hear dr. Lapco's' profesional opinion. He knew exactly what was causing my problem and suggested a non invasive solution. I feel much better now. Dr. Lapco and his staff are amazing and friendly. It's a very procesional office. Best ENT in the area. Dr Lapco and his staff were great. Not many specialist office are able to get you in as fast as they did. Called with sinus issues and was able to see dr lapco the next day and get medication to get me feeling better before the weekend.

Dr. Lapco was instrumental in diagnosing my problem that I had suffered with for over a year. I had been to three dental offices, two chiropractors and my medical Internist. I have had no recent problems with my jaw pain which resulted from a major sinus infection. His staff is extremely well organized and rarely have to wait a significant time before securing an appointment. I highly endorse him.

Dr Lapco is my family's favorite doctor. He takes care of my 12 year old daughter with the same patience and kindness as he takes with my 89 year old dad. He and is staff are the best!!
