Always a joy to be seen by the BEST. Been going to Dr. Agresti for 24 years and she neve disappoints .... great staff as well. Thank you Dr. Agresti.

Dr. Agresti removed my thyroid in 2014 when I had thyroid cancer. Since then she has placed two tubes in my ear and has treated me consistently with suberb knowledge and kindness. When I feel the need to be seen, she always manages to work me in. Her staff is also top notch. They are friendly and never seem rushed or overworked. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a wonderful ENT.

I travel over an hour to see Dr Agresti. I hate to say that Ive seen her for 30 years because that makes me old. She is friendly, knowledgeable , and spends as much time with me as needed. The wait is reasonable but she is worth it.

I have been treated by Dr. Agresti for several years and have only the best of positive things to say. Dr. Agresti is excellent in keeping appointments on schedule. She is extremely gentle, kind and caring in her treatments, not to forget amazingly capable and thorough in her exams and surgical procedures. The audiologists, April and Kayla are extremely pleasant and the front desk staff are courteous and professional.

Fantastic! Not only is she consistently wonderful on every visit but the office staff is extremely nice. Dr. Agresti is very smart, efficient and has never been rushed with me. I have referred several friends they all continue to thank me. One said if I did nothing else for him as a friend the referral to Dr. agresti was the best thing that ever happened to him.

I was having a spinning test done. The instructions clearly stated to stop taking all meds 48 hours before test. I followed instructions. By following instructions I was too sick to take the test. I attempted to take the test, but fell short. Dr. Agresti denied what her instructions said and blamed me. I never called back because I refuse to be lied to…or maybe she didn’t know….but she should know what her own instructions say.

Dishonest. Deceptive. Long waits. First, her staff says she could offer treatment for loss of smell I had. That was a lie. She didn't. But the worst part is she didn't even want to answer basic questions I had. She was seeing 5 patients at once. Spent less than 5 minutes with me. And I reluctantly paid for the office visit. But it gets worse: 5 months later her office sends me a phone call saying I owed her office even more money, despite paying the out of pocket her office said I was required to pay. All in all, first I didn't receive the service her office said I would receive. Second, I reluctantly paid the out of pocket her office said I would have to pay, yet then they call me months later saying I owe them more money!

Dr Agresti is the best, she truly cares about her patients. Very thorough, easy to talk to she listens. Just an Excellent Dr.

Dr. Agresti has literally changed my life. I have suffered from sinus issues for many years resulting in chronic infections and a debilitating cough. I tried everything including surgery and didn't know what else to do so a friend recommended Dr. Agresti. I went to see her and she really listened to me. She took her time, was very kind and approachable and put me on a treatment plan. This was back in January of this year and having followed her instructions I now have my sinus problems under control. I am so grateful to her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Agresti is very thorough and took care of the problem I had every time I flew on a plane. She explained why I was having the problem and the best way to treat it (i had previously gone to an urgent care where they used a method that she was very concerned about). She prescribed a very easy treatment method for me to follow. Her office is spotless. She is personable and her staff is very friendly. I had to move out of state and will really miss having her as my doctor. My wait time averaged less than 10 minutes.

did not clean ear well. Did not culture ear. It took 2 visits to her, 2 visits to ER and follow ups with primary. Found a new ENT that was horrified to see the infection in the ear. He cultured it and it is now being treated appropriately.

She is patient, professional and nice. Cleared all my concerns. Explained all my questions. I really appreciate her expertise.
