Dr. Chang
I have worked as an office Nurse for years side by side with other physicians. I worked with the best Docs and some others. This week I had an appointment for myself with Dr. Chang for an issue that I felt was something I would just have to live with. The pain was excruciating so I broke down after two months and made the appointment. I had never met or known of Dr. Chang and almost canceled a few times! I can say now that Dr. Chang is one of the best! My appointment could not have gone better! Dr. Chang was straight forward, showing his deep concern and knowledge! On leaving the office I was ecstatic with the care I received! My problem which I strongly felt would be a chronic issue has already improved so much! I want to thank Dr. Chang, his very professional office staff, and a big thanks to Jake from Orthotics you are awesome!

Unpleasant experience..felt dismissed, addressed issue I didn’t come in for, lacking in listening skills and empathy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pilon Fracture Dr. Chang's communication is awful and this will definitely mislead you into thinking he doesn't know what's wrong with you. Although the truth is that his work speaks louder than his words. I am only now realizing how thankful I am he did my surgery. If you don't mind hopping through a big heavy door every time you come and go. Yes this orthopedic office doesn't have an automatic door good luck if your on crutches.

I have had to see Dr. Chang for 2 issues. He is extremely competent & a master at his craft. He tells it like it is and doesn't rush right in for surgery if it can be prevented. Provides very thoughtful advise, I trust his judgement and his ability to explain what is happening in terms I can understand. He does have a stern manner @ times but is very easy to reign back when you choose to have honest conversation with him. I just adore his nurse Amber she is terrific. The office staff are extremely busy but provide excellent customer service. He does have a stern & military manner @ times but is very easy to reign back when you choose to have honest conversation with him.

Dr. Chang and his staff are the ultimate professionals In their field . I was directed to Dr Chang by a very dear friend who had a young son that fractured most of the bones in his hand . Dr Chang performed the surgery . The boy is now a man without any visable scaring or disability . I myself had a knee surgery earlier this year . Dr Chang performed the surgery to 100% satisfaction . I would encourage a visit to Dr Chang .

Dr. Chang provided thorough medical evaluations and appropriate treatment options for my severe arthritis and spinal stenosis. I particularly appreciated his patient and caring and unhurried demeanor during the examinations. His staff was kind, pleasant and professional in all our interactions. I recommend Dr. Chang and his office fully.

I am a nurse, and all I can ask myself, Is this guy for real? He talks out both sides of his mouth providing more office visits without a diagnosis. (billed at 330.00 per visit) Suggesting that physical therapy for an undiagnosed injury is necessary before you do an x-ray. He doesn't listen, but if he does, he takes credit for all the interventions that you suggest.

Dr. Chang is a problem solver. After another doctor prescribed PT that did not work for me, Dr. Chang prescribed a wrist brace. Within a few days, pain subsided. More recently, it was suggested I have surgery on my foot. Dr. Chang prescribed orthotics...problem solved.
