Dr. Paul Baughman, DO

Dr. Baughman and his staff are wonderful. I have been a patient there for ~7 months. My initial visit consisted of a physical exam and a very thorough review of my medical history. After Dr. Baughman determined a diagnosis he spend a good amount of time talking about the diagnosis and about how my body and outside influences contribute to it. He prescribed medication taking into account my other medical history. We also spoke about the importance of proper nutrition and exercise to help with the weight loss. I see him or one of his staff members every month to discuss how the past month has been and if there were any issues. At one visit they could tell that I was under a lot of stress. The PA took the time to talk with me about stress and mindfulness. She even showed me an app for my phone that I could use for a mindfulness session that could be ad short as a minute. Everyone at Dr. Baughman's practice treats the entire person and not just their problem or diagnosis.

I’ve been with the center for years. With their support I’ve maintained a 120lb weight loss for 7 years. I know when I need that helping hand or words of encouragement, Dr. Paul and his staff are there for me.

Dr Baughman is a very informative practitioner that always explains everything in a very exceptional way. I like that I never leave with questions or feel unsure of my next steps. I’m very glad I found him!

Everyone in his office is great! They always have a smile on their face and make you feel welcome. Dr Baughman always takes Time to explain things and answer any questions that you might have. He genuinely cares!

Wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit to the center, but I was more that satisfied. Dr. Paul and the entire staff are extremely kind, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. He takes the time to explain the why behind the choices he is making for your health, and that is a rarity these days. Highly recommend.

Other physicians have been arrogant and dismissive. Dr. B and his team are excellent! He was the first to listen to my concerns, walked step by step through what I was experiencing and suggested a possible obstacle to my losing weight. Dr. B lives what he recommends and that's what convinced me to give his advice a try.
