Dr. Pablo Bedoya, MD

Dr. Bedoya is a great doctor. He is compassionate, takes his time with you and I never get the impression he feels rushed. He explains everything in depth and answer's all questions without hesitation. He always calls in a timely manner with lab results. I feel like he genuinely cares about me and my endocrine health.During my most recent visit an unexpected event occurred. He was wonderful and stayed by my side until released by the emergency team. He even called that evening to make sure I was okay. I certainly couldn’t have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Bedoya!

Dr. Bedoya is great! He listens to your concerns, explains his treatment plans, and is very open/supportive of up-to-date obesity treatments. I have lost 60 pounds under his care!!

At 66 I have visited many doctors in my time. Dr. Bedoya hands down is the finest. His personality, due diligence, bedside manner and follow-through are second to none. Add to that his amazing, and I mean absolute amazing staff and PA are equally spectacular. I highly recommend Dr. Bedoya and his team.

He explained things to me to a level of detail no doctor ever has.

He started me on medicines that helped control my blood sugars. He called me with my lab results.

Have been with Virginia diabetes and endocrinology for 38 years My doctor (Dr Burris) is retiring and and my medical account was transferred to Dr. Bedoya. Unfortunately I only I heard two my in new patient meeting with him: 1) I need to find another doctor and 2) he would only be discussing my endocrinology needs. As the result of that meeting I have left the practice

Dr Bedoya is very personable and kind. He spends a lot of time reviewing your history, is very knowledgeable and informative. I never felt rushed and will be telling my primary care MD that she should refer all her patients that need an Endocrinology work uo to him.

I have been seeing Dr Bedoya for my endocrinology needs and I appreciate his willingness to listen to my needs. He is very through in my examination and explanation of suggested treatment.

I have been to see Dr. Bedoya twice now, after my A1c went completely out of control and my PCP didn't know what to do any longer. He is a very kind, patient, and caring person. His first response wasn't "you need to lose weight" like some doctor's say. Everything is not due to my weight and he took time to listen and help without judging. I would definitely recommend him to anyone struggling with their diabetes. I am getting my numbers down and I can have a much needed surgery soon.

Great Doctor very caring and sincere. As a younger person with health concerns Dr. Bedoya was not quick to brush me aside like many other Doctors have pertaining to the same concern/condition. Excellent bedside manor listens extremely well, very sharp mind.
