Dr. Ovid Neulander, MD

My elderly mother went to see Dr Neulander for a 10:30 appt. the nurse spent about 20 minutes time with 2 nurses asking questions. She sat and sat and the doctor was no where. She had to get up and open the door to remind staff that she was there. She was discharged around 1 pm. Where was the doctor for all that time and why didn’t staff step in and let her know she wasn’t forgotten? No way to treat a 90+ year old woman.

Dr. Neulander is the kind of doctor that you would want for yourself or anyone you love and care about. He is the most caring doctor you will find anywhere, his knowledge and abilities are exceptional. He always goes the extra mile for his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Neulander for over 20 years. He has seen me every year or as often as was needed to keep me in my best health. He looks at the whole patient to get the answer. He takes the time to listen and I never feel rushed.

My first visit 5 December 2017. The office staff, professional and very helpful. Appointment on time. Dr. Neulander listened and reacted accordingly in a very professional and empathetic manner. All my questions were answered during my visit. A call from Dr. Neulander personally this morning informing me of the findings of lab work which were positive and received my mind. Another test scheduled next week with followup visit with the doctor a week later. Level of trust...100 %.

I highly recommend Dr. Neulander. He spent the time explaining my medical problems to me as well as options.. I needed out patient surgery. This went very smoothly and the follow up was excellent. In fact, Dr. Neulander hemiself called me several times over the next week just to check in. His office staff was also very professional and friendly.
