Very concerned about my health needs, helps me to take the needed steps to get the care I need. Shw doesn't rush appointments or jump to new subjects too abruptly, as other Dr's have done. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've been seen several times, but was referred by someone who has gotten care from Dr Rao for at least 7 years and gave her a 5 ? rating also.

Very dismissive, not interested in patient concerns, talks about things she knows nothing about. Thinks the patient knows nothing and she’s the God. Would NOT see her again.
