My family and I have been with Dr. Carroll and his practice for over 15 years. Both he and his staff are very professional and focused on their patients and their concerns. I couldn't be more satisfied with Alliance Urgent Care and Family Practice.

PA Flicker
Pushed statins on me after I shared in first session about my Mother was put on statins at my age that gave her a muscle disease along with meds over meds, 15 pills a day, the last 10 years of her life and her doctor took away her quality of life. That doctor killed her.My numbers were not that high or the ultrasound was minor and it’s always recommended, by good doctors to do a second ultrasound. Plus this PA had me go for A1c lab work done without me fasting.Unprofessional office, now there may be better PA’s that would treat me with respect and not just an “old patient “ where she could push drugs on me. Not one time did she ask me what I would like to do like better diet to try first to get numbers down. She didn’t even want to find out what my lifestyle is like. I tried the statins but it gave me side effects in muscles, brain fog and diarrhea, I stopped meds. Left message about this but no call back. My advise, don’t bother with this place. My numbers have dropped.

Dr. Carroll makes me feel like I'm his only patient of the day. He spends as much time with me as needed and does not rush at all. He does not prescribe treatment until it is necessary. For example I've had low HDL cholesterol (and low LDL) for years but he did not give an Rx until I showed signs of blockage. Great demeanor and very friendly. The worst part is needing to schedule appointments 2 months in advance because Dr. Carroll is so popular. The wait time is also usually long - even when I'm the first appointment of the day (I think he just overschedules).

The best of care
I have been treated by Dr Carrroll and his associates for many years and have only received the best of care. I refer all of my friends to the clinic. Would not go anywhere else.

Fairly good doctor as long as you are in good health. Dr Carroll is a fat shaming doctor and was very kind and helpful to finding solutions to my ailments before I became overweight. I would only recommend his services to fit and overall healthy people. Fat shaming is not tolerable for any reason.

My visit was with a doctor who treated me in a humiliating way. He was angry because of a denial by my Insurance Company for a repeat test he requested, then said I probably didn’t need it.

We have nothing but praise for Dr Carroll. We have never had a problem that he could not address either at Alliance or through the alliances of physicians and hospitals he is connected with. His ability to communicate in a caring, professional way is unmatched by ANY doc we have had over the past 20 years which includes our homes elsewhere in the U.S. He is indeed a rare breed! He has the knowledge. skills, and ability to go above and beyond our expectations! Yay for Alliance and Dr. Carroll and staff!

I had a billing issue with Alliance Urgent care & Family Practice. After 2 months of working with the Office/finance Manager, Marsha Carol with no resolution, on 11 April I delivered a letter in person to the receptionist addressed to Dr. Carroll, the director, requesting an appointment by 14 April 2017. He never responded. On 21 Apr 2017 I sent a certified letter in case his office staff did not give him the letter. The office signed for the letter on 22 April 2017. As of 28 April 2017 there ha

This office did not check my insurance before ordering a very expensive test. Insurance denied and they won't return my calls. I'm finding another doctor and you should too.

Dr. Carroll, is or was, my primary doctor, although I was only able to see him once. I've had issues with his office obtaining prior authorizations for medical treatment and prescriptions. Tracking down why things were denied, it appears his office routinely did respond timely or use the correct forms. In addition, I've had appointments set-up or cancelled in error. When I brought these matters to Dr. Carroll's attention I was texted a message that I would be "discharged from the practice."
