Spoke with Dr Kozlova after a car accident which my husband and I both had TBI from. She prescribed supplements and just said she'll call is back I. A few weeks. We'll my husband became very ill and we tried to reach out to her a d only received text back. I specifically ask for the doctor to call us. In which I received another text the same as the first. (Thank you for reaching out to my office is there something we can help you with). Needless to say no call from her to discuss my husband TBI and problems he was having. I wouldn't take anyone to see her. YVONNE

Terrible Doctor - 0 stars. Do not work with them
***Warning - think twice before working with this doctor. Does not keep timely appointments. If you call they will tell you to text the problem. Rarely ever answers phone. Not sure if they use some kind of automated service, but Dr. Olga Kozlova is extremely poor on communication. She typically does virtual appointments and will not send you a link before hand very often or she will tell you to remind her to send you the link! She needs reminding about doing her job?? Additionally, she withdrew a prescription for me that I very much needed. She is a terrible communicator. I asked her if I could do a DNA test and what that would cost - she never did the research and just told me it was expensive via text. I asked her multiple times for her email address so that I could elaborate more about what I was experiencing - and I mean I asked many, many times and she never gave it to me. This would have helped us with our next appointment so that I wouldn’t have to recall everything by memory.

Great Doctor
I had an acquired brain injury a few years ago and it was initially a challenge finding a doctor that truly understood both the physical AND Neurocognitive chronic symptoms that occur. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kozlova since December and she is clearly the best. Also very knowledgeable on how blood pressure, diet, exercise and sleep play a role in a damaged brain from aging faster. She is not close to my home but the drive is very well worth it!

Very poor bedside manners
Dr. Kozlova is the rudest Dr. I have encountered in my 60+ years of life. She doesn’t listen, and talks more than the patient. And she is very loud! So, no patient privacy whatsoever. She seems more like a statisticians or a clerk that checks off the boxes, than a Dr., though. Her personal hygiene is questionable as well, as her hair is always very greasy and disheveled.

The one negative review that you may see, ignore it. That negative review is absolutely nonsense. Doctor Kozlova treats each patient as an individual not a generalized statistic. 3 neurologist looked at my concerns for my son and brushed him off. Kozlova was the only one that questioned my concerns and wanted to double check. She didn't judge me for my poor insurance, she saw a mother concerned for her child. Could be the Russian connection, but personally, I think Kozlova is a one of a kind.

Dr Kozlova is very knowledgeable. I was impressed at the depth of her understanding of the issues I was having. I was having problems I thought were unrelated to the neurological issue and in her initial consultation, she asked me if I was having them. She went over a healing timetable, what to expect and what happens if I'm not healing on that timeline. It's very stressful when you are having medical issues, Dr Koslova helped ease my mind a bit.

Very rude and unprofessional. Only practicing medicine in the United States 4 years. Rude to patient and rude to family. Has no bedside manners. Only wants to collect insurance money. Will not talk over the phone, must have an office visit to discuss treatment so she can bill for a office visit.

Dr Kizlova is a great dr. The lady at the front desk is one of the rudest people. Has zero ability working with people. Even rude with customers on the phone rolling her eyes, very short with them and making hand jesters. Her loud voice is heard from the waiting room claiming how rude I am. How unprofessional. I'm here for services that were scheduled which is not my fault your other office is incompident. Maybe should try a field were you don't have to work with people.
